Bellhousing for long input type 9 & 4AGE engine
In addition to my previous request
http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=23851&page=1#pid194841
I was wondering if anybody knows of a bellhousing to suit a long input type 9 box and a Toyota 4AGE engine.
I have a RAW short input bellhousing should anybody have a long input bellhousing they would want to swap.
Cheers folks

Can the input shaft not be shortened or do the splines not go far enough along?
Ben.

Nope, can't really move the splines.
Also that would remove the main advantage of the box to me .... apprx 20mm longer which means I can get the leaver in a much better position without
having to use the naff and/or expensive extensions.

Yes, the gear shift is much better going straight into box. This is the same as on my Striker. Don't like the extensions unless there is no
alternative.
Ben.
