Enginering firms for zetec honne
I want to get the bores on my zetec lightly honned before the rebuild.
Does anybody no of a firm in the Boston/Spalding/Peterborough area...
Can anybody recomend ....Failing that ill have to buy my own...............

about 45 miles ..Thanks if I dont find a closer firm Ill look em up.....

I've used Lindale engines at Peterborough. I think they do any stage of machining up to full rebuild.
Don't know what they'd charge for a honing session.

why not just do it yourself? Buy a tool for the drill (sprung three paddle stone grinding thingy) and away you go. I've honed a bare vauxhall xe
block in the past as a complete beginner and it's not difficult...
