Coolant Hose Routing

I've dusted off the project after a year of neglect and I'm at the point of routing all the coolant hose, and am confused!

I have a pinto fitted with dellortos, a radiator and a windscreen heater all located in the engine bay so there are:

2 connections on the heater
2 on the radiator
1 on the underside of the inlet manifold
1 on the expansion tank
2 on the water pump
2 on the thermostat housing (1 alot smaller than the other)

can someone point in the right direct as to what connects where.

Also, the inlet on the underside of the manifold requires some sort of screw in fitting, does anyone know what size it is and where to get one from?

I'm so close to finishing.....

Cheers
Rob

plumbing

hello Rob, I did this task last year. Search for past posts on this topic. There are a few that are Pinto+heater+expansion tank that you will find useful. If not , then I'll draw a diagram of my installation since it appears to be the same.

"just like that !"
