Wiring for Alfa V6

I have managed to sus out most of the wiring for the Bosch Motronic system using a running car and found that the system only needs three wires to run the engine(+1 to engage starter)

Black /green---- from Ignition
Pink ------------ 12v from battery(i think)
Pink/white------?????? seems to be to ground but dont want blow the system,

Does anybody know what pink/white maybe?.

Sorry if its obvious but i'm not great with electrics.
