Dcoe carb setup

I have a x flow with a single dcoe carb on it, The guy i bought the car off said he has just put a repair kit on it, When i go round corners it splutters, i goes preaty well in a straight line, also its no running has smoth as it should i dont think, Any ideas on setting this up again?

I would check the castings where the pin for the float pass through, it is common for these to be broken and the float level can be a bit off, if all ok, just adjust the float level. If it is broken it can be repaired by using solvent proof epoxy to hold the pin in place.

Check the floats are set at the correct height.

check the floats ain't holed by placing them in water





there is only three speeds. fast, very fast and oh shit!!!
