How do I get my water pump pulley off?

I'm fitting an electric water pump so I would like to remove the water pump pulley which is attached by a magical force on the end of the camshaft.
I can't see any visible means of fixing like grub screws or bolts so it might be a keyed interference fit or just screwed on a thread.

Any ideas guys?

Cheers,
Raz

Haynes describes and shows it being removed with a puller from the end of the camshaft.
