C20XE fuel pipe question

Hi all,

couple of things... firstly which end of the fuel rail does the fuel go in to (and conversly, out of) I'vee looked everywhere and can't find it! Also, has anyone had any success finding a fitting that screws into the fuel rail adapters - none of the local hydraulic places have them... what have other people done??

Thanks

Chris

I had to get fittings from the local scappy, leaving 4" of the rubber hose as they are crimped on. I thn used copper tube for the supply and pushed it up onto the rubber hose, jubilee clipped tight and it works a treat.

Chris,

Are you using the standard fuel system/inlet or an aftermarket/throttle bodies?

cheers,

Ned.

Assuming you are using the original Vauxhall fuel rail, fuel goes in to the end furthest from the regulator, and out from the end with the regulator.

I am using the standard system, as it will (should!) fit under the bonnet OK.... thanks for that - fuel in away from regulator.... cool!

I was hoping to get some new ends crimped onto the fuel pipe to eliminate any possibility of leaks, but having tried and tried, I might be forced to use clips, unless there are any other good solutions.
