CVH clutch guide for dummies/me

Anyone know which is the best, cheap clutch kit/plate to get an 1800 cvh to a type 9? I've got the 1800 flywheel and a spring plate, but it came with the wrong friction plate (was the type to fit a 4 speed). I'd prefer to only beg/borrow/steal the friction plate, but can but the kit if nessecary. Much thanks all you lovely people.
Hoping you lot are as/more affected by flattery than most!

Ha Ha!! That's precisely what I'm doing
Any idea how much it would be to get it down this way, since you're all the way up near the North Pole aren't you? I'm not far north of Oxford.
