Ford Ka Endura E Head Bolt torque?
Can anybody tell me the torque figure and sequence for the head bolts on this engine, and whether they are reusable bolts?

You can reuse them once only.
Tightening sequence should be as for all other heads, i.e. start in the centre and work your way out tightening evenly as you go.

auto data book says renew bolts !
(but other site says not but i would !)
if you look at the head (gear box to the right)
9 3 1 5 7
8 6 2 4 10
1= 30 nm
2= 90 deg
3= 90 deg
hope this helps

if you have snapped a plug
get a 14mm drill and be very gentle with it !
and when you get past the seal on the plug it will just wind out easy!
but make sure you get all the crap out of the bore

Three of the buggers in fact!
