Zetec Sump

Hi,

I really need to do something about the ground clearance on my car, but i dont really fancy cut and shutting the standard sump.

Has anybody used the wesfield sump? How much will it give me over the standard ford sump?

The Raceline one looks pukka but at £350 its abit expensive.

HI steer clear of the westfield one . I fitted the very first one they made and there was now way that you could fit a stsrtermotor alongside of it. said they had never had that problem before tried explaining that this was the first one but it dident seem to sink in.
The only ones i have used without problems are the dunnel and one from anderson race engines. I also know that other people we race with have used the scholar one with out problems aswell. Be verry weary of cheap home brew ones.

cheers matt
