Zetec Exhaust and Velocity XT
Now that the engine is in I want to exit the exhaust out throught the chassis side rather than cut a hole in the bonnet. I thought it would be nice to
have a single pipe out of the hole and have the collector inside. Anyone tried this on a Velocity? Also what tube size for a 2.0. I actually have an
ST170 engine which is sitting about 15mm lower than the standard zetec to get clearance for the VVT valve in the head from the bonnet.

I think it could be possible to do as you say but in my opinion you would loose to much power.
Why not fit as Luego or as Luego but lower so it exits under the top rail and throught the side.
