Leaking Crossflow Fuel Pump

Have got an old glass bowl type fuel pump and fuel is leaking from where the bowl meets the fuel pump body, tried tighting it but looks like the O' ring type seal has had it.

Suspect I am going to struggle to find a new seal - can anyone suggest where I can get one or any others ideas for a cure?

It should be a flat rubber gasket not an O ring.

The pump must date from pre 1971 variations on the same AC pump were fitted o a lot of cars inclunding most of the Rootes and Troumph ranges
