zetec bellhousing bolt thread
Hi, i have just brought an engine stand to mount my zetec too so i can work on it safely, it nearly fell off its pallet yesterday! anyway i need to
know what the thread is of the bolts that mount the gearbox to the block?
i assume they are a metric size?
also can anyone tell me how far the holes for the bolts go into the block? i want to get the bolts in as far as possible to enable a secure
mounting.
many thanks

Just been out to pop a mount off, and checked the bellhousing bolts while I was there. It's definitely a 17mm spanner - so M10 it is.
