a standard dizzy will work with a 2d or 3d ignition only ecu or you can use the old mk2 cavalier 1.6 dizzy if you can find one with its loom and ignition/amplifier unit

hi dave, to get this working for you, you need to get a dizzy from a mk2 cav and it will bolt on the back of the head. there are different types on diff models, the one you need has a black plastic peg inside which locates in the cam ( if i rememder ) bit hard to get now. best get a old mbe ecu or summit to do the ignition. im using a old 916 mbe. cheers
