Nissan No Go

I have got to the stage in my build where I want to try to start my engine . The problem is that it has to run the original ecu I have a fwd engine connected to a rwd auto transmission The original transmission was a 4 speed auto controlled by a "transmission control module".I had hoped that once the correct wires for the park /neutral switch were connected that It would turn over but so far no joy at all . I do have the correct key and The red led for the imobiliser does flash and No error code shows when turning it on . The airbag has been deployed and the warning light for that is iluminated ( I have removed the connections for remote mirrors interior lights ect but the main loom is not butchered . I do have a Almera manual on CD rom but just the electrical section is 400 pages ! any help or sugestions would be apreciated.

Best wishes IAIN
life is not the rehearsal , it's the show so don't sit there thinking about it DO IT NOW
