Cooling pipework
With the cost of aluminium tubes so high and the length of cooling pipework needed on a bec, is it possible to use copper pipe for the straight runs?
I have never seen it done but I don't know of a reason why it wouldn't work. The R1 hoses appear to be 28mm which is readily available.
Does anyone on here know of anyone who has tried this before or have a good reason not to try it?

Possibly slightly large for a bec, but can't beat the value for money.

That one will have ended by the time you read this, but he's always listing more.
As for the "slight imperfections" mine arrived in perfect condition.
Another option, slightly move expensive (but cheaper delivery cost) is

which is 1"
