Hi there sorry to be thick but what is a megajolt and what do they do

Hi,
its an ignition controller,basically replaces the distributor on your engine,and controls the advance/retard of the spark timing(normally using a ford
EDIS unit and coilpackin place of your ignition coil)
a megajolt is programmable,and takes into account engine load and varies the timing to suit.

depends how good you are with wiring, you will definatley see and improvement over a standard dizzy.

Megajolt is easy to wire up especially if u are running a zetec which has the crank sensor already there. Otherwise you have to have a trigger wheel
on the crank pulley.

we have just fitted megajolt to a pinto and are delighted with the results as well as fitting bike carbs
|
