pinto 2l exhaust

my silencer has got noisy and maybe needs repacking?It is sealed but could be modified for repacking i guess.I have the chance to use a westy megablade silencer whilst modifying.Will this be quiet or noisy and what about power up,down the same or shouldnt use?
