Mixture screw
Sorry to be a thicky but where is the mixture screw on a 28/32 webber downdraft carb? Lots of screws, dunno which is correct.

Not sure if this is what you want, but on a 32/36 the fast idle screw is the cheese head one with a spring under the head just behind the choke
housing, the slow idle screw is the one with a large milled head which bears on the throttle linkage and the CO screw is the one in the boss angled
out of the carb body base flange.
I assume the 28/32 is similar, just smaller throats. I hope this is not a bum steer and I am not totally wrong.
