It's just about then that wind resistance will catch up with the power of the engine.
I would expect it to carry on accelerating but much slower after 80.
As was said, have you had i rolling road tuned. This will optimise the power but will also show you the performance with no wind resistance.
I took my screen of a couple of days ago and it made quite a difference. Especially over 80mph where acceleration just carried on upwards whereas with
the screen this is where the aerodynamics started to take effect.

Change the engine to a V6. Mine just keeps going, had it up to 110 coming back from passing SVA, and it still had loads to go, (and Ive got a
screen). Failing this the rolling road route is the way to go, you could be amazed at what they can get out of an engine, if you get a jenned up guy.

Bloody hell, what a bunch of numb nuts you must have doing the rolling roads up your way, what do they tune lawnmowers. Have you tried Googling to see
if there are others, not quite so local that are up to tuning a real car, worth a try. ATB Ray.

Rolling Roads
There is Bogg Bros in Malton or Alwyn Kershaw in Gate Helmsley ( I think) near York. I spoke to kershaws who are happy to set up my dellortos when
the time comes. Doesnt seem to be anyone in Leeds.

the guys in malton are called boggs brothers, and they are very good. I took them a crossflow with twin 40s, and they sorted it well. Very
knowledgable chaps.
My windscreen is getting ditched soon too!

Hi Ian, to get photo onto your heading it needs to about 450 pic's wide. Go into your photo archive, right click on the picture you want to
paste, where it says properties, click on that. Then copy the httl line. paste in to your chosen place, then comes the important part after .co.uk put
an / type in upload another / delete the remainder apart from the name of the picture. Hope that works for you, easier to do than explain. ATB

Another recommendation for Boggs Brothers. I know a couple of people who have been there and been EXTREMELY pleased with both the result, and the
(reasonable) size of the bill. Sadly, they're the wrong end of the country for me to use
Cheers

I'd check for fuel starvation, either lack of supply or kinked fuel hose, I had the kinked hose problem and the car would rocket up to 75-80
then slowly die away.
Worth a look, atb Dan.
