Confused. Manifold pressure and throttle position.
Right, got the megawotsit working fine on 2D maps but have now wired in the TPS on my bike carbs. Got the MegaTune software to pick it up (albeit as
a map sensor). Just need to make MJ see my TPS as a MAP sensor now enter in appropriate load values.
Runtime display is giving me a closed throttle value of 250 and wide open throttle value of 31. Does the megajolt think these values are in KPa?

Now got 10 load values for megatune:
0, 53, 75, 97, 119, 141, 162, 184, 206, 228.
Which way round do these go in the ignition table though? 228 is max load and 0 in min load.
Is the original MAP table the same idea? is 0 KPa for min or max load?
Looking at the ignition table it isnt obvious which way the load increases?
Please help me make sense of this!

oops, i think i had the +5V and earth mixed up. Swapped them over and the values make more sense. Will try again tomorrow..

I think itl always say map mate. MIne does and its fine. Its all Kpa values so doesnt matter.

It's only in kPa when you have a MAP sensor, with a TPS the actual units are meaningless.
The megajolt does not differentiate between the two different types of load measurements though, it simply uses the table to lookup the advance value
for the current RPM and MAP or TPS value.
