what exactly do you mean by best?

best performance?
best price?
best reliability?

there a lot of pumps that will do the job providing they supply sufficeint fuel at the right pressure for the carbs.

the pinto engine mechanical (?) pump should be fine; if you are going for an electric one, then look at the facet ones.

they are low psi - which is what you want - and are more than adequate flow rate wise.

either the cylindrical diaphragm ones or the cheaper solid state will be fine.
