Blacktop installation

I am interested in how people have installed the Blacktop Zetec to get the water pump running in the right rotation & mount the alternator. The problem seems to be fitting an idler pulley but still retaining the belt guards, which are essential if you run into a gravel trap. Any pics would be a great help.
Chers
Ian

Thanks for the help guys, gives me food for thought, I have some old idler pulleys which I can probably utilise to make up an instalation.
Cheers
