Sierra propshaft

Do the sierra propshafts have a rubber doughnut? If so should this be used or is there an alternative e.g. Transit?
I am really only interested in the front u/j as I will be using an escort rear u/j

What is the standard prop diameter for a sierra 1.6 / 2.0? I ask this with regads to using a Sierra from u/j and a 1300 escort rear u/j, so I need to decide what prop diameter I need.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

My standard prop from a 93 1.6 has a rubber doughnut at the front on the slider just out of the gearbox.

No UJ there!

Get one made brand new, they dont cost too much, don't risk your life on a home made lash up!!
