rubber mount sourcing

hey again,

i am trying to find some rubber engine mounts to use with fitting my engine, however i already have some mounts that require rubber mounts that are 73mm across and 37mm high in a circular shape. these are for the gearbox, they should reduce tramp and hopefully make the gearbox last abit longer! i think they are ford capri/cortina ones but am not a 100% sure on this, i need 3 for my gearbox and may as well use them for the engine as well but does anyone know where i can get some from? i have not found anywhere on the web that will sell me any!

many thanks

Have a look at the landrover ones - a bit stiffer than Ford so more suited to higher output engines.

I used these on my V6 and they seem quite firm enough

I used for my ultra heavy Pinto the same ones that MK use which are Fiesta gearbox mounts I believe.

Two of them plus a Westfield new gearbox mount and it seems to be as solidly mounted as I'd want.

Cheers,
James
