pinto cylinder head weight, rough figure needed

as above, does anyone know the rough weight of a pinto head?

I would think between 25-30kg with cam, valves etc fitted. As said you can lift and carry them, but they're bloomin' heavy!

I know I can just about carry it, I estimated under 30kg for postage reasons

Pretty heavy, probably under 30kg though. Would estimate about 25ish.
