She Lives!!!!
After spending all day getting the fuel pump fitted and the last of the engine bay wiring done I thought I'd try to start her up...
Lots of pops and bangs but no sign of running, I am sure you can image how disapointed I was.
My dad popped round so I asked him and he suggested checking the timing again. 1 tooth of the sprocket out - how did I manage that?? 10 mins to check
and adjust it, then half a turn of a key she burst into life.
WOW, what a noise!! That V8 with no silencers is LOUD!!! It make it feel that the pain in the back, neck, shoulders etc. for the past months is worth
it!
My neigbours know it works now and proably half of Spalding too!

I have finally managed to upload a couple of photos into my photo archive and hopefully I will have more to follow soon when I get a bit more time.
It looks quite a lot different now to how it did then...
