Fuel pump specs

Can anyone tell me the EFI fuel pump specs for the Sierra 2.0L DOHC engine? Basically just need to know pressure rating and external diameters of the inlet and outlet pipes.

Haynes say that the system pressure is 2.5bar.

I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it

That's about 36psi which is exactly the same as the L-Jetronic on the V8, but I'm guessing they are both bosch systems. Any idea what the max pressure rating of the pump itself is?

Good news anyway, should get the engine running even if we decide to using something different when installing it.

DOHC efi - 2.5 BAR max pressure
DOHC Carb - 9psi max pressure
V6 (pump in tank as with dohc) max pressure - 3.0 BAR

i'd use the V6 pump personally as you can adjust the fuel pressure using the pressure ragulator on the fuel rail later to iron out flat spots if needed

the V6 2.8i sierra uses bosch Kjet (mfi). the 2.9 uses bosch Ljet (efi) and the DOHC uses Webber efi

2.0i and 2.9i are controlled via EEC-IV aswell.
