Anyone else think these ideas are awesome? Sorry, nerd moment.

Steam exhaust energy recovery by BMW - LINKY

Similar idea using a six stroke engine - four strokes as normal, then two by steam - LINKY

Theres was a guy did it donkeys years ago, he died and his family own the patent....

Think it was a feature in PPC a while back if anyone can remember.

May, or may not be the same thing BUT....

Yeah i have heard that the 6-stroke was actually invented in 1915? Not sure what this Crower fella has added but I like the idea. The BMW one has got to be better though, using water and ethanol and recycling both in a closed system so you don't need to carry as much water as petrol.
