How lucky was I?

Thought I'd take the bruise out for it last ride out before starting my winter mods and go over to the Rufforth Auto Jumble, any way got half way and those that know the a59 imbetween Harrogate and York will know its pretty rural, anyway gets half way and the clutch cable goes twang, so pull over into a drive way.

It only happened to be a small place that sells quad bikes and was able to sell me a bike brake cable to fashion a temp repair!

Gets to the autojumble and sees a transit clutch cable for a quid!

Right off to get my lottery ticket now

Cheers

Rich

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I love it! These are the adventures that we all love to recall but when you tell it around the dinner table with friends and family you need to add that the weather was superb, the road meandered more then a Ronnie Corbert joke and....
"That was the day I won the lottery!"

fully rosejointing the back end to stop it farting at low speeds

Oh and a new dashboard layout if funds allow. Got most of the clocks just need a fuel sender and speedo.

I feel another post coming on about the sender.

Cheers

Rich
