Rebuilding my xflow
Now that I have it in bits, is there a way to check if the rings require replacement? I can put them in the bore, what gap should I have in the ring
then?

My old Escort manual states 0.23 to 0.36mm on 81mm bore. applies to all 3 rings.
Be lucky Mike.

i found you get 2 diferent thickeness of rings for the xflow ...
put the ring inside the boar and if its too big file it a bit then sand it so it cant mark the boar.
