Running Advice needed

Hi,

I seemed to be able to get the zetec engine running this morning OK.

After about 20 minutes when it warmed (72dgrees) up it started runnning roughly and then stopped - I could not restart it...

I am running a edis unit on a ms2 with a standrd ford escort efi manifold and injectors.

Any pointers on what to look for would be gratefully recieved.

Thanks
Frank

at a guess, is your MS temp sensor working ok? might be its not adjusting the mixture correctly for the temperature? hence why you can't restart it when warm?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Check your settings In "basic settings" where it says coolant threshold ( or something similar)
i've a sneeky suspicion this will be round about the temp that you are having problems. It is the point where after warm up the car runs on the VE table only. And as such you are going to have to tune the ve bins to suit. After that and you have a steady idle you will need to revisit your warm up load sites to adjust them again.( After it has cooled down overnight)
Post up a copy of your msq for more info ( for us and therefore possibly you )

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
