Megajolt and EDIS with coil pack would be the way I would do it (in fact I did)
It has plenty of scope and features and is not that expensive or difficult to setup

...unless the Bestek unit you have found is really really cheap and your not bothered about being able to map the iginition to suit your engine, set rev limits shift lights etc

Regards
Rob

Rob Ive seen a lot mentioned about Megajolt but dont know much about it. Can you enlighten me any or point me in the direction of a supplier and whether there are different types / modules etc, does it replace the standard electronic ignition module and coil etc, i am aware that i would need to modify a dizzy to drive the oil pump....

have a read through this
http://www.autosportlabs.net/Megajolt_Lite_Jr.

takes a little setting up, but works really well. it's what i'm using. set up your maps on a PC while the engines running etc. set rev limits, shift lights, advance can be controlled by either manifold pressure or throttle position. they come as DIY kits normally that you build yourself, but there are people (on here) who will build and test them for you. i forget how much mine was, but was around the £100 mark (for the megajolt alone) a few years back. you'll also need a trigger wheel & sensor, and fords edis 4 system from a 90s escort
