EP90 GL4 or GL5 in serria diff?
Hi All,
As title, I think I have EP90 GL4 in my diff, should I change to EP90 GL5 (it's going to be fun getting the oil out so I would rather not unless
I have to!)?

GL5 is the correct spec for the sierra diff and GL4 for the type 9 gearbox. Anything from 75w to 90w either straight or multigrade is fine.
GL5 contains stuff which attacks the brass synchro rings in the T9 over time which will lead to rubbish gear changes.

Cool, no rush to change then probably do that with engine oil change latter in the year once I have figured a way to suck the oil out!
