Recommend me a machine shop near ,,,,

I may need a head skim can any one recommend a good machine shop near Spalding, Peterborough, Boston, Lynn ect.

KL Engine centre in lynn are a bunch of helpful old boys

Hi Mate .
There is a race engine builder near Morrisons but cant remember the name that could help. Lyndale engines Peterborough.

Winyards engineering off Wardentree Lane used to do that sort of thing, although their website just shows food processing work, but could be worth a call. They did some really good alloy machining for my dad a few years back.

Neil Brown Engineering, also off Wardentree lane probably won't be able to do it, but could possibly suggest someone to try. My dad used to work there making race engines

SAS engineering on Fengate in Peterborough do some real high class racing head work. My dad knows Tim there.

Last time I got one done was at Halls Garage at Morton near Bourne. My dad knows the Hall family.... getting to see a connection here?

And my dad's milling machine is almost ready to go. he bought it to do head work, but still not ready for doing 'customer' work. Maybe in 6 months time he could do it for you
