Bolt holes on bottom of carbs

Im using a set of GSXR600 carbs, and wanted to add a bracket to give them some support from underneath so theyre not just held on with the mounting rubbers.

There are 4 M8 bolts hole (one under each carb). What are these for? can i use them to bolt a bracket too?

I also need to use this bracket to secure fuel lines and electric cables too aswell as the throttle cable adjuster.

Thanks
Mikkel

Will be drain holes for the float bowls - they usually only seal when they bottom out the thread (not the head) so not really usable for mounting

Because that bolt is what seals the drain hole off
