Dellorto dhla 40set up for 1660 tuned crossflow

What are the jets/tubes etc recommended for a 1660 crossflow?

brief spec.
- 1660 engine with 1300 pistons so higher CR
- ported head with larger inlet and exhaust valves
- BCF 2 camshaft on vernier gear
- tubular exhaust

twin dhla 40 carbs.

The jets/tubes what I have currently fitted do not match what I find nthe web nor what is recommended in the Weber/Delorto book.

Can't really help BUT be careful, lots of the DHLA's are emission versions. Not a problem except they need tuning differently. Mine went a while ago, and all they needed was the idle jet increasing up to 62 from 55 (that was on an 1800 zetec)
Post up the version, I may have some info dug away somewhere.

When I had a Crossflow I had my Dellortos sorted by our local carb expert
His set up was

Chokes 30mm
Mains 135
Idles 58
Airs 200
Pumps 40
Emulsions 7772.11

That was on a 1.6, ported head and a Burton A2 cam.
Hope that's of some use

My current set up is:

Chokes 32mm
Mains 148
Idles 57
Airs 210
Pumps ??
Emulsions 7772.11

so surprisingly similar and quite different to what the book says, hmmmm...
