theres a chart on the link above, if its the one im thinking of, that would imply 45s better, and 48s if its tuned to match. maybe i should've checked before posting though!

That chart does say that 45's would be better..........nay mind now, they were a good price, came off a 2ltr pinto, come with the manifold AND they're only a 2min drive away from me....literally!

We'll see, you never know they may be up for sale on here soon!!

My experience of them was that they are certainly good up to 160bhp or so and give better low speed pickup than 45's but loose out at the top end. Quite economical on long runs too. Getting 30mpg on the motorway!
