When i looked into this for the fronts i found it was cost effective to replace with new calipers. I paid about £28 each exchange for my fronts. Im
sure with some shopping around a good price can be found for rears. £56 each sounds good and as said you wont pay the surcharge if you have a set to
exchange. This will give you a guarantee and piece of mind as well.
I did a disc conversion on a 16V mk1 Golf a while ago and concluded the effort and expense wasnt worth it in the end. For this reason i kept the stock
rear drum set up on the ZR albeit with new components. Brakes are bedding in nice and performance is good. I therefore seriously question if rear
discs are really required on our cars. I have been in a Mac#1 demonstrator with approx 155bhp and the brakes (rear drum) were superb.

FORD (90-93) SIERRA RS COSWORTH 4X4
or one of these
FORD (89-93) SIERRA 2.0 DOHC 4X4 EXC COSWORTH
FORD (88-93) SIERRA 2.9 V6 XR4X4
