What do i need?

Can somebody give me a list of the jets and that what 45 Dellorto`s need with a 2.0l Zetec as a starting point? please??????????

Have just looked in my dellorto powertune book(speed pro series), It doesn't list the zetec.It lists n/a cosworth,vx xe/redtop, 2 l /2.1 pinto
If it is any good i will let you know for any of the above,poss xe as a starting point?









If it doesn't fit MODIFY it!!

Ive also got that book, dellorto powertune book(speed pro series)! Just my look that no mention of Zetec.

I used the book when i got some s/h dcoe's for my old mk2 escort with 2.1 pinto,almost spot on then used a colourtune to good effect!









If it doesn't fit MODIFY it!!

hi i asked them

and they told me a rough guide so i got a micro drill set and drilled them out myself it cost me £3 on ebay to do all my jets.

have you looked up DVA's web site / downloaded his jetting program?

If not look up Dave Andrews and jetting.exe or DVA power (his company). It will get you pretty close based on theory.

Just looked at Dave Andrews jetting program and received E mail from Dellorto UK. The suggestions from both of them are very close, so I are just going to go check what jets and that I have in at the mo! See if they is any major differance.

Dellorto UK= 38 Chokes, 155 Main Jets, 180 Air Correctors, 7772.5 Emulsion Tubes, 42 Pump Jets, 60 idles.....Currently Got= 37 Chokes, 150 Main Jets, 177.5 Air Correctors, 7772.7 Emulsion Tubes, 42 Pump Jets, 60 Idles
