Clutch components for 2.0L Zetec and type 9
Using a 2.0L zetec with a 1.8L zetec flywheel and a sierra type 9 gearbox
the site www.sscstylus.co.uk advises to use the following clutch components:
Ford Cover 93BG7563AA (early 1.6 L zetec Mondeo)
alternative part number NHE0181
Ford Plate 93BG7550AA (early 1.6 L zetec Mondeo)
alternative part number NHB0244
Release bearing Quinton Hazell part CCT133 (mk3-4 Cortina !!!)
alternative part number NHD2044
Anyone tried this or used anything different ??
thanks

I got mine from Dunnel but they won't say what it comes off. If I need to change it I'll just order by part number from Ford. Don't
forget the spigot bush/bearing (correct spelling???) I think this is normal Sierra one.

Did you have the part numbers ?
the spigot bearing is a standard pinto item.
I have the same problem as you I have called various kit manufacturers / engine specialists but none will let on what components they use !!!

I do but they are stuck somewhere between my engine and gearbox.

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

zetec clutch
givemethebighammer,
Not sure this will help, I'm using the zetec. 2.0 Pinto 2.3 bell housing, focus flywheel, pressure plate and xr4ti clutch disk. My starter will
be in the orginal place (lower right) and I had to slightly modify the nose piece where it rubbed on the flywheel.
