Nice work on the 3D printing, I am a massive advocate for it. . . . and if anyone would like something printed for their car I have been making stuff for others for a while. As I type a custom inlet pipe is on the printer for a supercharged mustang. then its a light front fairing cowling for some old Italian scooter. . .

Nice, I got my printer just over a year ago and love it. Keep trying to find things to print for my car.

Do you have any picture of the stuff you have done. Its good to see what others are doing to give inspiration.

I've just bought a Prusa XL. It can print up to 360x360x300mm, so useful for bigger stuff. Once I get the hang of it I'm planning on printing an airbox for the itb's and getting rid of the sausage filter

This is what I'm literally working on just now, similar to the model ship I shared on here a few years ago on here but scaled up and considerably more detailed. At 2.5 meters long it's currently weighing in at 53kg. I'm not sure how I'm going to get it to the local pond far less how to get it in the water, I also somehow need to get it downstairs once ready, hopefully in the next couple of months. Great fun to make but it's taking forever and I have an even larger ship to finish after this one. 3d printing is great but all consuming once your hooked.

Tell me about it lol, they actually go quite far and are not too expensive but give me the effect I'm after.
