fitting an electric cooling fan
How to fit a electric fan comes up quite frequently on this forum.
It appears all of you have got this wrong, myself included.
The definitive way is shown here:

dont think it will pass SVA/IVA though
looks amazing, just think of how many short people you could give a hair cut to with both of those fans going

Are you sure its a cooling fan and not an electric supercharger?
