Zetec port angle

I'm having my GSXR TB Zetec Manifold re-made so that it angles up rather than 90 deg out of the head. Anyone know what the port angle in the head is ? I guess it is 20 deg ....

Will do....A friend who runs a engineering company is going to make them. Once we have them right he'll be producing a batch of them. Looking to do something with the fuel rail as well.

Cool, thanks for that info. I'll get him to cut the seats at 18 deg for the tubing to sit on before welding.

My TBs are GSXR-1000 but the diameter of the tubing out of the manifold plate can be adjusted to suit other TBs.

My TBs have be re-spaced but the fuel rail doesn't look right. Liam is going to re-make the fuel rail with an entry and exit at each end rather than what is there at the moment.

I'm looking for a manifold for my gsxr 1000s too. Any pics would be appreciated. You may have another customer :-). Would be interested in the fuel rail too.

Cheers

Bob
