Zetec Valve Stem Seals

Hi,

I am replacing the valve stem seals on my 94 2.0l Zetec engine. The valve stem seals that I have removed, all have black rubber inserts. The new ones are of two different colours (green and brown).

I am guessing that one is intended for the inlet and one for the exhaust, but which I am not sure.

I have done a quick search and had no joy. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was hoping to get the engine in over the holidays and this is holding me up.

Thanks

I put brown exhaust and green inlet. This is what my ford dealer told me.

brown = zorst
green = inlet

its not the end of the world if you dont do it that way will just be a bit more smokey when ragged.
