Spark plug Gap – RV8
Just about to fit some new plugs on my 3.5 RV8 and wondered if I need to set the gap on the spark plug before I fit them.
Plugs are NGK BP6ES
Engine is a 3.5 Rover V8 running on Megajolt.
If I do need to set the Gap then what should It be?
Thanks
Paul

I'd wish you'd make up your mind, posting the query, then posting it again, then deleting it then posting it again .....
GGGRRRRR!!!
0.6 mm pre '76
0.8 mm otherwise
It doesn't harm to check the gap of new plugs, most are set to 0.6 mm.
