Bike carbs (again) & a regulator

I have done a search and found conflicting opinions.....

I have swapped from 45 dellorto's to bike carbs. I have swapped the fuel pump for a CBR version but do I need to leave or remove the Filter King regulator?

I am aware that the bike pump should regulate better than the Facet pump but will it do any harm left in, and if so what pressure should it be set at?

Cheers...Mark

Remove the regulator - the pump self regulates. I guess the Facet could interfere with the backpressure the pump sees even if set to a higher pressure than the approx 1.5psi the bike pump delivers to the carbs.

PS see you in the morning Mark
