rolling road

well im off to the rolling road tomorrow, track and road in essex actually, hopefully all will go well, that engine has been there before but in another car so they know there way around it, here is the car and engine in question, wish me luck!

Good Luck - lets us know what power it makes!

Zetec SEs are great engines, and it looks like you have a really clean install - nice work!

the cars were sold abroad a little, and this was an ex 750 motor club race car, also i belive it helps with the exhaust coming from the other side compared to most engines, ive never driven a lhd car so im sure it will make a change to the norm

Looks tidy in there, are you using megasquirt or something ?, do track and road know there way around it ?

using omex 600, thats what engine has allways been run on, and what there happy mapping

I was there friday. Bit of a disaster with a water pump means it still ain't mapped

updated,

went there 4 hours each way though, got it setup needed a fair fettle, also got a missfire at 4.5k to sort, ran out of time on the night didnt leave till 1.30am anyway it made 171bhp there is poss a little more to come from the engine by spending more time playing and changing the cam timming slightley, bu that should do me for now, as ive never had a rwd car before
