Just picked up a set of GSXR600 carbs on ebay for £21
Pick them up on Thurs or Fri then have a think out manifold making! Well pleased

I'd guess a BMW, just hope it's not a 6, or he's gonna need another half a set of carbs

Yep only a four. a 1.6 to be precise.
Engine lookes a fit bit cleaner now though! Its been stripped painted black and soon to be receiving a white rocker cover with some blue on the raised
"BMW" and red striped lines on the other raised bits. Plus hoping to get some blue and white with some red striping on the airbox
(thinking BMW F1)

Probably just a ~20 yr old donor car, looks about the same state as my donor Pinto - maybe a little less oily, but then the Germans probably make
better oil seals

I was quite shocked as to how muddy it was tbh! didnt take long to clean up though, most of it flaked off.
But all in all well chuffed witht the buy considering alot of them are up for 60 odd quid BIN!
