Exhaust packing.

Whats good to pack an exhaust that i can buy off the shelf. After a good trip to stoneleigh with a good right foot mines all gone and it bloody loud.

cbs do a few, even a ready made tube you just slide in.

My car was making a right racket so I bought some of teh stuff from CBS, its a cardboard tube with wire wool then some ceramic?? wadding wrapped around that, the idea is that you slide the whole assembly over your baffle tube then remove the cardboard.

It was too tight a fit for my silencer, so I did it manually, its made a good difference to the noise but knocked my fueling off a little.

I can now hear the nice induction noise again.
